What it is

The back office for one creator's business. Inbound deals get a conflict check against running exclusivity before a reply is written, the rate card computes and explains every quote, signed deals drop their deliverables onto a calendar with approval steps, invoices chase themselves, and income shows by month against a goal with expected cash by week. Every button works and every action can be undone.

The modules with no generic equivalent

These would make no sense at a company in a neighboring industry. They are why it is a different tool and not a reskin.

Rights & exclusivity

Every signed deal carries a category and an exclusivity end date. A new inbound in a closed category shows as a conflict before a reply exists. 'Can I take this deal?' is answered by the tool, not from memory.

Rate card that explains itself

Rates come from audience, engagement and deliverable type with a floor set once. The quote builder shows every line, and an under-floor offer gets a counter drafted, not a discount.

Income with expected cash by week

Paid by month against the goal, invoices due by week, pipeline value shown but not counted until signed.

Decisions worth defending

Each takes a position and says what the alternative costs.

An invoice is not done until the money lands

Net-30 becomes net-45 when nobody reminds. Reminders are one click and late fees are in the terms.

Deliverables live on the calendar, not in a DM thread

Signing a deal puts its deliverables on the calendar with approval steps. The week view is the to-do list.
